Customer Service

- Maintain records of customer interactions, recording details including the actions taken
- Provide information about products and services, take or enter orders and obtain details of complaints
- Refer unresolved issues to designated departments
- Examine all relevant information to the inquiry and use critical thinking to identify solutions
- Communicate with customers when advised by data entry an order cannot be fulfilled.
- Escalate issue to the Operations Manager as needed
- Flexibility in meeting changes in schedules
- Strong time management skills
- Trouble shooting skills
- Ability to build rapport with customer

- Ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner
- Able to work with a wide variety of people in a positive and productive manner

Data Entry
- Enter client request into computer system with high accuracy and clarity
- Verify all order information including order types, billing information, client information, location address and contacts
- Update any information in the system that is out of date or missing changes
- Scrutinize orders to ensure that all customers requirements are met
- Communicate with fulfillment team to ensure that expedited orders are fulfilled promptly
- Escalate issues to the Operations Manager as needed
- Provide support for other department projects as needed
Fulfillment

- Ship completed jobs according to customer purchase order requirements to include international shipping and necessary documents
- Create packing slips and labels
- Stage for production jobs
- Pull required materials from warehouse for upcoming jobs
- Maintain a clean/organized warehouse
- Participate in physical inventories for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses and discrepancies
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Light assembly
